Chan sighed and sat at his desk. His headphones on tight and his posture as bad as a snail while he fixed up some tracks for future drops or just random SKZREPLAY tracks— it’s almost as if he had forgotten it was his birthday at all.

You, on the other hand, had been planning on how to celebrate since September 30th— you were one of Chan’s childhood best friends and he didn’t know you flew in from Australia to see him on his special day. Only you and the rest of 3RACHA knew since they directed you to his room and provided you with his schedule.

You had a bright smile on your face up until you knocked on the studio door, ready to surprise Chan with your presence, gifts, and cake.. but after a minute or two he doesn’t answer so when you walk in, your entire demeanor drops.

“Chris?” You spoke up loud enough for him to hear you over his headphones but once he saw you he smiled brightly, fixing his posture as he stood up. “Y/N? What are you doing here?”
