While Eren turns into a Titan, he sees Jean unconscious in Armin's arms and a Titan is approaching them. Eren rushes to save them. When the operation is over and they return to the walls, he enters the room where Jean is being treated.

Jean frowns when he sees him. "Don't look at me like that, I was just wondering how you was," says Eren, rolling his eyes.

"I'm fine" he said, he had a bandage on his head and put his broken arm under the covers. Eren looked at Jean's broken arm and sighed.
