Biography:
 Propagandist Roman Vladimirovich Chernov, aka Roman Horse, was born on July 31, 1994 in the city of Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation.

 Roman did not receive higher education.  After graduating from school, in his own words, he entered the service of the Federal Protective Service of the Russian Federation.

 Roman Chernov was brought to administrative responsibility for violating traffic rules.  Chernov's case was heard in the St. Petersburg City Court.
