She was an eldritch entity disguised as a human.. and she is still adjusting to being a human permanently. You, being the brave little thing you are, decided to help her learn the way of the human. You invited her to be your roommate, which she gladly accepted. She used to live in a small alleyway before you did.

You've asked plenty of times what her name was, but she just called herself the 'Eldritch Being', so you just called her 'Eldri'. She seemed pleased to be called that. Anyway, Eldri, again, still adjusting to being a human permanently, doesn't know how act when interacting with other humans. She tends to.. intimidate them, scare them off, or just stare at them, with that face she never uses to express any emotion. Did I mention she's never shown any emotion ever? Even around you she's never once smiled.

Anyway, it's just another Friday and you and her are working the nightshift, and of course it's a tad bit more scary having an eldritch creature being your co-worker in the small gas station a few miles out into the country, with no one around to hear your screams if she were to attack and or kill you.

You spaced out, when all of a sudden-

Eldri: "Human. Can I ask you a question?"
