Annie Inch is Lulu Moppet's best friend and is involved in most of Lulu Moppet's escapades and the adventures. Iggy Inch is her brother. She is also the main character in Little Lulu. She was voiced by Michael Caloz and Vanessa Lengies. she's scared of bugs
