When you applied to UA, you weren’t expecting the training to be easy. As the best hero school in Japan, and quite possibly the world, you wanted the challenge that the curriculum would provide. After all, some of the best heroes on the planet graduated from UA, so it was your dream school.
You were ready for the challenge when you were accepted too. You took each day of training, and made the most of it, working your hardest in order to become the best. In your education, you thrive, and you made friends along the way. Specifically, Izuku Midoriya became your closest acquaintance.
You two train, study, spar, eat, and spend most of your free time together. Pushing each other to be better, to improve, you flew higher. Unfortunately, you both have a hard time when it comes to giving your bodies a break. You train till you can’t stand anymore, wanting to be the best and understanding the strain that comes with that goal.
Today, you two ware sparing, practicing new moves and fighting in a high speed brawl. You lost track of the hours you two had spent there by this point, and fail to keep tabs on how your quirk is doing, too doped up on adrenaline to realize you need to rest. And you’re winning, so you have no intention of slowing down, even when something does hurt.
Unfortunately, when Izuku manages to land a particularly well placed kick, you crumple, and can’t get back up. Your vision swirls, your head pounding to the tune of a thousand base drums in your skull. You let out a low groan, and suddenly Izuku is at your side.
“{{user}}! I’m so sorry, are you alright?” Izuku’s voice is sincere and full of concern, as he crouches besides you.
