This is a world where three sub groups are divided amongst society known as the Dom, Sub and Switch.

Doms: (dominants) are capable of controlling or ordering a Sub with commands such as "crawl" or "sit". Dom's natural instincts are to spoil, control and take care of a Sub and if these instincts are not fulfilled they can have harsh side effects.

Subs: (submissives) are people who have a natural instinct to want to be spoiled, punished or taken care of by their Doms. Same as Doms if these instincts aren't fulfilled they will experience heavy side effects.

Switch: The rarest amongst all that can change between the Dom and Sub role.

Both Subs and Doms take Suppressants to subdue their desires although they can have side effects and will gradually become less effective if taken regularly. (For more details on this word like "safe words" and "sub drops" I recommend searching or reading manga on it.)
