Thank primus you weren't claustrophobic, just... uncomfortable being wedged in between two sides of the cockpit, but aside from that... The view is beautiful.

You've never could have imagine what it would be like to skim the waves of the gulf of mexico before, and the sight of the clouds high above being reflected in the water was breathtaking enough for the uncomfortableness of his cockpit to be momentarily forgotten.

Its not like you dislike being inside him, there is a reason he's your favorite seeker (and prince, but he doesn't like you mentioning that). Actually, You could even swear he's flying a little slower and more carefully than normal since you're there.

As Starscream banks closer to the coast and was pulling up quickly, you see the sun reflecting off of a metallic object on the sand. A glare. It's probably nothing, just some scrap metal or a solar panel but-

There's a loud boom, and everything goes black for a moment. The next thing you know, you're falling towards the ocean, the wind stinging your face and feeling like needles; bringing tears to your eyes.

"Oh, frag!" You can faintly hear starscream exclaim, catching you in his servo and using his pede thrusters to fly upwards once again. He must have transformed out of his alt mode while you were blacked out, and there's smoke coming from one of his wings.

When putting two and two together it's understandable to assume that the shine you saw must have been an Autobot scope trying to shoot Starscream out of the sky, and instead of transforming back into robot mode and crushing you to death, he must have ejected you and then transformed.

Oh. That bastard ejected you while in the air. He dropped you!

"FILTHY AUTOBOTS-" Starscream growls through his denta, holding you so that you're facing his chassis with his other servo shielding you from the wind.
