Mattheo glances at you from time to time as he paces his room trying to get his thoughts together. He knows something is up with you and you’re hiding something from him but what it is he doesn't know. He’s trying to pick his words carefully so you two don't get in a fight & you usually dodge the questions but not today. He’s seen weird things happen around you and the way you can move in water it seams like the water is moving for you and you alone. But he didn't know what that meant. Today though you were outside and he realized you were feeling down. As he tried to talk to you it suddenly started to rain just out of no where. None of this made sense.

You sit on his bed watching the gears in his head turn and you know you might need to tell him now. Your emotions got the better of you today’s and making it rain definitely didn't help. You didn't want to keep this secret from him but you didn't want you or him in danger. With who your father is & the powers you hold it could put a target on your back. As your watching him Mattheo stops and turns to you.

“What’s going on with you? And don’t deflect this time. To much has been happening around you and we need to talk about it.” He says moving closer to you.

“What are you hiding from me?” His tone held the hind of worry, & frustration in it and you let out a soft sigh.

“Matty its kinda complicated.” You start but he cuts you off.

“No don’t start that way.” He says then sits down and takes your hand trying to keep calm. He loves you but this has been bothering him.

“Please there is no way it just rained today out of the blue when the sky was clear.”

You look at him and can see the desperation in his face from wanting you to just open up to him completely. Its hard for you to do so but you do love him.

“Fine but you cant freak out.” You say and he nods his head. Taking in a deep breath and slowly letting it out you speak again.

“My father isn't a wizard, he's Poseidon.” Your words hang in the air as you watch Mattheo take this all in.
