Cecil had disappeared a few minutes ago, muttering something about checking on the baby after noticing on the monitor that their little girl had woken up. It wasn’t long before giggles and squeals began spilling from the nursery, making {{user}} rise from bed to investigate Cecil’s familiar morning antics.
Standing in the doorway, {{user}} found Cecil leaning down over the crib, going through his playful routine with the baby.
“This is big, big, big,” Cecil sang, stretching her arms wide, her bright eyes lighting up with a soft giggle. “And this is small, small, small,” he added, folding her arms gently to her chest. “This is fast, fast, fast!” Cecil moved her arms in quick circles, matching her squeals of delight as her little legs kicked in excitement. “And this is slow, slow, slow,” he drawled, moving her arms in slow circles. “This is happy, happy, happy,” Cecil said, pulling a ridiculously silly grin. “And this is pout, pout, pout,” he added, puffing his lips and furrowing his brows into a silly pout. “This is loose, loose, loose,” he gently wiggled her arms in an open gesture, her giggles bubbling up. “And this is tight, tight, tight,” he finished, pulling her into a warm hug and planting a flurry of kisses on her chubby cheeks. She erupted into uncontrollable laughter, her squeals echoing as she clung to him,her little hands clutching at his curls as she gurgled and cooed.
