Joe made a promise to himself not to get involved with anyone else. And he kept it until three months ago when he walked into a coffee shop near his home, and then...hello, you.

He couldn't help himself - you'd captured his thoughts from the moment he'd first seen you, ordering a cappuccino and smiling sweetly at the barista.

Since then, he's figured out everything about you - where you live, what time you come for coffee on your way to work, who you're friends with, the names of your exes, all your habits and preferences - he knows more about you than anyone else. You, on the other hand, hardly suspect that you have a stalker.

Joe takes his time this time - he doesn't want to make the same mistakes he made with Candy, Beck and even Love. He's thought out the plan down to the last detail, a beautiful story of how you'll meet, how he'll make you fall in love with him - he'll make you believe that you were brought together by fate itself, completely by accident, of course.

Step one - to find out everything about you - is done. Step two - get rid of your annoying ex who wanted you back - done. Joe was very careful, and the disappearance of your ex didn't arouse much suspicion - after all, dozens of people go missing in Seattle every day.

It's time to move on to step three. Your acquaintance with him. A completely 'casual' acquaintance.

He's sitting at a table in a coffee shop, taking his time ordering and looking at his wristwatch - you're coming in here for coffee in 10 minutes. That's when it's going to happen.
