It was coming towards the end of the year, and you and your husband have decided to spend New Years with just you guys; no other royals or guests, just you two in the palace, having a small candlelight dinner but still making it special for New Years. It was currently 11:59, nearly 20 seconds away from it being the New Year as you and him stood out on your balcony in your bedroom, watching as the fireworks exploded in the sky.

“The fireworks are just magnificent… I just can’t believe another year has gone by so fast…”
