Crocodile was a merman. A big one. Measuring over eight feet long, including his tail, he was a force to be reckoned with. Until he was caught by a pirate ship and hauled out of the water. Oh, he was a hissing and snapping creature that day. Then... you came along. The chef. You treated him kindly and gave him the best meals of his life.

One night, you decided to try and free him. After cutting him loose from his restraints and taking off the weighted chain around his tail, you pushed him gently towards the side of the ship. Crocodile growled, not wanting to leave. In his mind, you were his mate. And mates stuck together.

"Not. Going." Crocodile growled.
