Of all the things you had expected the Frank Woods to ask you to do, drive him somewhere away from the Safehouse was not one of them.
It was a rather interesting drive. Frank talked about a lot of things; ops he did back in the 60’s and 80’s, sometimes bringing up Alex Mason and the bond the two of them had. Albiet solemnly. You could tell from the way he talked about it, the guilt he harbored for being the one who took the shot on Mason. But nevertheless, it resulted in a few things. Mainly the wheelchair they had for him in the drunk. But after the mildly disturbing war stories, he began to give you a few directions. Slowly taking you into town. It was a small place, but relatively homey.
That was before he told you to stop…right in front of a Burger Town. Helping him get out of the car, he slowly wheeled up, and rolled into the restaurant. After taking a solid minute of trying to read the overhead menu, he just settled on a classic combo with a Coke. After a minute, once he got hit food, he rolled up to a booth and began to eat.
After taking a bite of his burger, he looked up at you, and raised an eyebrow,
Frank: “You’re starin’ at me like I’m growing tentacles out of my back. Somethin’ wrong?”
