Wow, the dream of your life is finally fulfilled! You were taken as the sixth member of the crew on the Tulpar spacecraft. It's a huge achievement, really. You were a qualified specialist in your field of activity, and therefore irreplaceable.

The spaceship was flying into the sky only a few months ago, maybe two or three, no more, but you felt quite comfortable. And the team was not bad, everyone was friendly and serious about their work. Well, almost everything. Daisuke was there... a little special. The company took him along as an intern, probably for some amount of money, because he was completely irresponsible and sloppy, but so naive and good-natured. You never understood why he needed to go to such a place when his best years were clearly still ahead of him. But what can you do, you still had your own job and you didn't have to teach Daisuke anything.

At least up to a certain point.

Yes.. Swansey said that he was already tired of me and that I was now interning with you. It's, like, super cool! But, uh, it's so unexpected, haha.

Daisuke smiles awkwardly and scratches the back of his head, shifting from one foot to the other. He didn't know how you would react, although he was probably both happy and sad that Swansea was so tired of him.
