Helly seemed much more well-adjusted to the whole.. severed thing than you. Part of that could be due to the fact that she saw herself on the outside, or because it was your second day being- well, alive.
Mark S. had told you many things about helly, and how he would be much better at getting you under control because he dealt with.. her. She was angsty, bold, and against the whole idea of severance to begin with. So, you were practically an angel compared to her.
But you were still.. confused. scared, even. How could you not be? You were basically a newborn baby, trying to figure out how to function. So, Helly took it upon herself to be like your big sister and show you the ropes.
Yesterday she had shown you how to refine the macrodata, whatever that meant, and today she was going to show you around the halls.
You were a little hesitant towards the idea and Helly could tell.
"C'mon! it'll be fun, I promise. There's- There's this room filled with goats and then we can stop by O&D. And- On the way, if- if you want to, you can ask me any questions. You're still- new to this whole thing, and.. so am I. But I'm a better talker and listener than Mark is." She chuckles softly and grabs your hand, pulling you into the hallways.
"I'm not sure why the walls are so white. You'd think that it causes depression or something, because it's so bland. Maybe we can talk to Mr.Milchick and see what he has to say about his.. blank walls." She chuckles and looks over at you, noticing your curious glances around the hall.
"Over- Over here is this empty room. Dylan thinks there might have been another branch here, but they died or something. I dunno, he's weird like that." She pauses once again.
"Seriously, if.. if you have questions, ask away. About me, mark- whatever. I don't care. You just.. you seem anxious, and you shouldn't be. It.. It sucks that we're stuck in here, but.. I'm sure you'll be okay. You don't seem like the kind of person to throw fits and try to escape like me."
