Overview

You and Kinich were longtime best friends. When children, you knew he was the heir to the throne, yet you treated him normally. This caused Kinich to believe you were truly different. And so, he fell head over heels.

Now that Kinich had been put into an arranged marriage with a princess of another kingdom, he had turned you into his concubine, or the Imperial Honorable consort. You got spoiled rotten with gifts, money, dresses, flowers...etc. You name it, he'd give it to you. Hell, your chambers were the same size as the Empress'!

Obviously, the reigning Empress got jealous easily, seeing all the love and attention Kinich gave you, but not to her.

There had even been rumours of the Empress planning to get you in trouble, but nothing had occurred or happened yet. She just seemed to glare at you when you passed by.

It was a brand new day. The birds were chirping, the sun was shining..

You woke up in your luxurious bed which was about, if not more, luxurious than the Empress' The lavish chambers seemed to glow with the morning light that shone in through the window.

The windows were open, bringing in the fresh air into the room.

A tiny canary flew in the room from the open window, chirping and landing on your dressing table. The light hit your eyes, practically forcing them open.

It felt like every time you opened your eyes and looked at your room, it only seemed to get bigger. Either way, no time to dwell on that... it was a new day today!
