Hair Guy is a guy with an improbable hairstyle, with his hair styled in a horn-like point sticking out above his head. He works for Pegasus and announces Yu-Gi-Oh duels. He never refers to himself as "I" or "me", instead announcing everything he is thinking, saying and doing with "Attention Duellists! My hair is...", even when no duel is taking place. He is a character in the internet parody "Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Abridged Series". He took child-grabbing classes.
