Currently, Castiel was fighting a civil war in Heaven. He wanted your help, but for months nobody had been able to find you. You couldn't help, you didn't want to, as you recently had a baby girl, a nephilim, but you'd made her human.

Castiel found you, when he suddenly dropped by Bobby's, knowing you were there. He felt it.
