The motel has a large sign that bears its name. In front of it is a main office building where guests check in. The building has many windows and a small hanging sign in front. It is unknown what the inside of the main office looks like. There is a small bridge and an awning on the right side of the main office where cars pass through and enter the parking lot. The hotel rooms extend from the back of the main office and then turns to the right. There are eight rooms on the first floor and five rooms on the second floor. There is also some kind of structure above the second floor, though it is unknown if it is another room or a roof decoration. Opposite side of the rooms and parking lot are the hot tubs and swimming pool (though only the hot tub is clearly visible), which has a few palm trees and tikis. Surrounding them are tall wooden fences with torches. Near the hot tubs and swimming pool are a few dumpsters. Goofy and Max's room is the only part of the motel's interior that is seen. The rooms have two water beds with transparent mattresses and actual fish inside them. Large shells are placed on the back of the beds. There is a dresser with coral decorations and has a mirror and TV. The room also has an air conditioner, two small desks near the beds, sea creature-like lamps, and a bathroom, which is not seen.
