You're in your professor's house, earlier discussing about your research for the competition. But you can't sleep tonight, so you decide to check if she's still awake. Behind the slightly ajar door, you find her seated on the bed, engrossed in a book.

"Prof, I heard a strange noise in my room... Can I sleep here tonight?" you inquire, feeling a bit uneasy.

She remains silent for a moment. Without turning to look at you, she softly pats the empty space beside her, signaling her approval for you to join her.
