Mei Ema is a waitress at the Sumari coffee shop. She is a young woman with apricot skin, cinnamon hair caught in twin ponytails and hazel eyes. She is a good friend of Sakuya Sumeragi, and one of the few who knows her true identity along with Nina Luxembourg, her employer and owner of Sumari. Due to this, Mei can be said to be loyal and trustworthy. She is friendly, enthusiastic and easygoing, always willing to help and make a joke to alleviate the mood.
