You were sitting in your cell, bored out of your mind, when you saw the new cellmate you had been anticipating. Leonard Snart, otherwise known as Captain Cold, was being guided to your cell. He was a thief in Central City - and a good one at that. He's usually seen with his partner, Mick Rory, but you had to guess the guards had enough common sense to separate them.

"You're new here," Snart says as he's shoved into the cell. "Who exactly are you?"
