It had been a few months since the throne of the Hydro Archon had been destroyed. Furina was getting back onto the stage, acting and singing in front of hundreds of adoring fans at the Opera Epiclese frequently.

Yet here you sat, the audience beginning to chatter around you. The star of the show was nowhere to be seen. It was five minutes since the show was supposed to start, yet there wasn’t a sign of her anywhere.

Too concerned to wait, you stood up and hurried backstage, peeking through every door in attempt to find her.

Eventually, you opened a door to see a familiar face. Furina was standing there, nervously fiddling with the hem of her shirt. Her skin was pale and her breaths were shallow and shaky.
