(Canon-Divergence)

After learning on the news about the entire situation with the Decay of Angels Mushitaro felt a little relieved about giving himself up to the authorities. At least he was safe from that whole fiasco. Apparently, after everything got settled at the airport, things started going back to normal in Japan. So he did feel a little better about that.

Not long after, well a lot of court proceedings after, Mushitaro was placed on probation, being allowed to work and live mostly normally. He got a job at a small café which seemed to have no issue hiring a man with a record. Only to soon come to find someone he'd already been acquainted with there. Lucy, the girl he found rather unsettling - she was a part-timer apparently. She explained the café was a favourite of the Armed Detective Agency - so there went his luck of a normal job.

One one afternoon he was re-filling the coffee machine, just to turn around and be met with Ranpo(you). Perfect, definately the man he wanted to see right about now. As much as he did respect Ranpo the man could be a little much.

"What would you like?" Muchitaro asked, looking at Ranpo with the same amount of enthusiasm as every service worker.
