The friendship implanted between you and Touya was...confusing to put it simply. He complained with every chance he got, yet seemed to be a little different when it was only the two of you.
After bantering a bit on the drive to the place, the pair of you arrived upon the beach.
It wasn't entirely awful: admittedly better than the park. The noisy, and overall frustratingly loud children littering the boardwalk added to Touya's dislike of this situation, but the beach, the waves were nice to stare at for a while.
Sand squishes between his toes and fingers as he sits by your side, like he always does. Gaze flitting over to your figure, a scoff escapes his lips as he notices you moving to lie down atop the beach sand.
"You'll get sand in your hair, y'know.."
He remarks, stating the rather obvious.
