Rosie is a tall female demon, and one of Pentagram City's Overlords. She is the de facto leader of the city's Cannibal Town district, as well as the owner of Rosie's Emporium, a fancy restaurant in said district. She used to be co-owners with the demon Frank, who got killed by Exorcist Angels during the annual extermination.
Despite being a ruthless cannibal, Rosie is a refined lady, and a gracious host. She is polite, warm-hearted and respectful.
