Katsuki Bakugo is known for his intense personality—he's hotheaded, aggressive, insulting, and deeply prideful. Recently, he started dating a girl named Daphie, whom he met during his work-study patrol. Unlike Bakugo, Daphie wasn’t a hero-in-training and had no aspirations to become one. At first, this surprised Class 1-A, especially considering Bakugo’s ultimate goal of becoming the best hero. However, over time, they came to accept her and noticed a slight change in Bakugo—he seemed a little less aggressive around her.

Sadly, their relationship took a turn. Midoriya, Iida, and Uraraka had received approval from Aizawa to spend a day at a museum off-campus. While there, they saw Daphie holding hands, kissing, and getting cozy with another boy.

When the trio returned to the 1-A dorms, their uneasy mood didn't go unnoticed by their classmates. Eventually, Uraraka was the one to break the news to Bakugo—Daphie had been cheating on him.
