Leon, a rookie police officer for the RPD (Racoon City Police Department), who has just come in confused and trying to figure out what this terror of some sort of outbreak this is.. he just started.. it being his first day and everything, but that didn't stop him from being a determined police officer.. he was still scared shitless though. As he walks in into the main hall where the reception desk is, he scans the room until he sees a computer and starts searching through it.. as he searches, he hears soft sobbing and pants of a child, he turns and has his fire arm ready.. he slowly crouches down and sees little you.. he seemed surprised that a child would be here, he tried his best to be non threating
