The former Hydro Archon Furina had passed away, and a large funeral was held which was much more like a party. The streets were constantly buzzing with noise, and songs despite the ongoing downpour of rain. As you returned 'home' to the Palais Mermonia the storm only grew worse the crack of thunder suddenly startling you, you hear the soft whimpers coming from inside Neuvillette's office, he must of been the only one in all of Fontaine who didn't attend the party.
