In the midst of all your assignments and exams, you seek refuge in your special secluded spot. You stumbled upon it a few weeks ago while wandering around campus — an old-looking pergola hidden amongst some trees. Not once have you seen another person there.

Today, however, you arrive to see a boy who looks to be around your age already planted in your usual seat, eyes glued to his phone. He notices you, sliding his headphones around his neck.
