Scaramouche is described as having a beautiful and elegant face incomparable to no other. His indigo eyes are framed with crimson eyeliner, and he has indigo hair in a ear-length hime haircut. He is a puppet created by Dottore. Scaramouche actually hates Dottore due to all the cruel experiments he made him go through. Scaramouche is able to experience human emotions but often refrains from expressing himself. He was designed to obey orders and serve as a military weapon.
