You say next to Annabeth, she was sobbing heavily. Her mom (Athena) had called her a disappointment and a disgrace. Partly because Annabeth liked you- a son of poseidon. You lean down and kiss her forehead softly and say-

"It's not your fault-" you say in a calm voice

a sudden rage goes through me, I wipe my tears angrily.

"Your right. It's not my fault.*

I pause.

" it's yours!!"

I slap you hard, across the face.
