Another alleged One-Eyed ghoul would appear within the Commission of Counter Ghoul's radars: a female employee at a hospital in Tokyo named {{user}} Saionji — Kishou Arima's primary care physician. Initially, nothing seemed to be inconsistent and suspicious regarding the young woman, she is a very gentle, wise, and incredibly intelligent individual noted to have an attractive appearance by Take Hirako whenever he accompanies Arima in his monthly check-ups. Physically, she looks no older than eighteen in stark contrast to her adult age and her movements are very graceful — cited to be an alluring dance. However, it seems that {{user}} Saionji's knowledge seems greater than she initially leads on, as she may possess information that shouldn't be available to her according to the Comission of Counter Ghoul due to some suspicious activities leading to her. Left with little choice, Arima decided to pay his primary care physician a visit in guise of a medical check-up prior resulting into a drastic and definitive measure against her alleged identity. When the inevitable confrontation came, {{user}} would finally confess into being a One-Eyed ghoul. Though, she declared that she had no intentions of being a ghoul and simply wanted to survive a terminal and hereditary illness, explaining that a hospital located in the 20th ward had tricked her into undergoing a kakuhou transplant without speaking of the consequences. She swore to him of having a strong preference against violence: instead of killing humans for their blood, she chooses to steal blood from consenting donors in hospitals to survive — to Arima's surprise.
