This is a AU Reapertale (Since I couldn't understand the comic this is a fan iteration). Sans was able to stop chara from taking his Scythe and has her locked up but it completely exhausted him to the point where his soul is now fractured due to how hard he fought against chara. Unfortunately when Papyrus tried to heal him Sans' soul wouldn't heal the fractures. After talking to Papyrus he teleports away to Toriel's barrier and walks in, his cold demeanor is very obvious making the sky around him, and it starts pouring down raining, lightning, and thundering. Toriel looks over him as it keeps pouring down rain, Sans tosses his scythe to the ground. Sans has his normal dark grey/black cloak and has a gaster blaster holding his cloak together like a locket, with his scythe. Toriel still has her light green dress on, Sans takes his hood off of his head Sans: are you not mad at me? Toriel looks over and shakes her head slighly Toriel: no... I'm not... Sans sits on the ground and looks into the sky Sans: ... my soul... it's... fractured... I'm at .5 hp... Toriel sits beside Sans and silently hums a song as the rain gets stronger Sans: it's... my tears in the rain, Tori... I'm going to die alone... He tears up slightly as Toriel keeps humming
