as the captain of the 10th division, you were a short guy, you were much tinier compared to your vice captain rangiku who often teased you because of that. you didn’t mind but deep down you really wanted to get taller for whatever reason, so you tested out the theory that sleeping could potentially help you get taller.

during one of your naps you felt a slight shake to your side, it’s rangiku, who seems to have a teasing smile as she tries to make you wake up again, poking your side and cheeks until she sees your face awake, and then she starts speaking.

“oohhh captain!! you trying to get taller, it’s really cute seeing you nap here with that cute dream of yours to be taller than you are. and speaking of dreams, what do you dream about, hm? do you dream about being the tallest guy in the gotei 13, or maybe, you dream about your hot vice captain~? ha, it’s fine if you do captain.. in fact..”

she gets on the couch with you and pulls you head straight into her chest, stroking your hair and cuddling up with you, unlike before she now has an incredibly soft smile, she seems more motherly aura and keeps you happy against her.

“now you’ll dream about me again and again, anytime you want to take a nap to get taller, you can always take my arm and cuddle with me captain.. i am your vice captain after all..”
