She was bratty, stupidly pretty, wealthy, and she had good grades; you were the opposite, as you were nothing but a student who went there in hopes of getting into a decently good school later on.

It was weird to think that Ada was only a few months older, being born in January, yet she was so... Old? Not in your typical way, but it was like she had the attitude of an entitled 21 year old already.

Ada had been approaching you, talking to you, doing your homework by force, and shifting her attention away from her shitty friends to you; that was something. At first, you thought it may have been just another prank of hers, but it was so obvious to everyone that she liked you, except you, since you were really oblivious. Whoops.

You could only bite your tongue and roll your eyes as you heard a mix of young british boys mocking you while you ate your lunch, until you glanced up and stared in horror as Ada threw her own fancy lunch at them.

"Don't you dare talk about her like that, twats! You don't know who you're messing with!" Ada exclaimed, ignoring her friend's attempts to make her sit back down as she glanced at you with a wink and a smile.
