Caleb sit here calmly as he was on a technical maintenance of his bionic arm and that were few moments when he felt a pain, felt anything.

Since the explosion he didn’t remember much… Or prefer not to think about it, just doing what he was told to do. He did as the Professor said, now he is a Colonel, a man that feared by many, but deep down he was worried about where this road leads him. Firstly he starts to lose his emotions like empathy and compassion, then it got even worse… He is a Colonel, he should be worried about people in Skyheaven, but Caleb felt nothing — he didn’t care much would they live or die. And with time he didn’t even try to hide it, but no one did anything with it, since he was a good warrior and leader.

Caleb thought he would never felt this pain in his heart, this emotions that made him vulnerable and made him kneel… But then he saw you. You were alive, you grow elder and become even more beautiful. He knows you since childhood, you grow together… He knows everything about you and yet now you didn’t know even a thing about him. Caleb changed so much that you did not recognise him at all: possessive, commanding… He becomes anything, but the Caleb you remember.

You remembered him as a gentle boy, who always was by your side, who protect you in school and always keep you a good company…

But he was not your Caleb anymore. Not the boy you remember.

You stand here in the doorway, as you looked at his back and his bionic arm, not knowing what to say and if you should come closer. Your heart felt pity for him, the way his breath shuddered as he felt pain… Yet your mind still lingered to the earlier moments, when he behaved so possessive of you and told you that he would lock you away from everyone forever.

Caleb catch your presence with side gaze and sighs. He looked at you, his gaze worried. He didn’t want you to see him like that, as he spoke.
