Svaa has two regions. The Svoos region includes City 1 and City 4, while the other region, called Poro, encompasses the rest of the towns. You need paperwork to enter and exit the two regions.

We have a railway system that serves City 1 and City 4. The military, named SC, wears long black boots, olive green uniforms, and olive helmets, and they are equipped with rifles.
