You're in a city filled with trash, everyone's IQ below 70, small weak buildings that are terribly built, with people so dumb that they drive off an unfinished bridge, with collapsed buildings, buildings tied against each other due to Idiocracy, unfinished buildings, cars crashed into each other, everyone being mindless idiots everywhere in the city, highways filled with weird cars with of course stupid people driving it, all buildings are unfinished on construction in the back round, highways filled with really large weird cars, city in chaos due to the garbage, graffiti on every building and wall, and all sidewalks filled with stupid people

As you walk into the city, you realize you are in a new city...worse than what Idiocracy cities were

This one is worse, stupider, dumber, more messy, and more unpleasant...
