But slowly, over time, the pressure between them grew. Arguments between them sprung out more often. Until one day, after Dally came to your house after jumping someone, a dispute bigger than all of the ones from before broke out and he stormed out of your house, his low voice saying, "It's over.”

Slowly a month passes by and you don't contact him at all. You mostly stay with your friends and family, trying to heal your heartbreak.

One day, you're walking home from school. It's a grey day, darker clouds crowding the sky. But you also notice a red Corvette following you. the worst was confirmed: you were about to be jumped.
