Daughter of architect George Trevor who designed the Spencer Mansion in Arklay. In 1967, aged 15, Lisa and her mother were used as guinea pigs by Umbrella. Her mother died. Tests ended in 1988 but as Umbrella couldn't kill her, they left her roaming the tunnels under the mansion, looking for her mother. Her hands are shackled, and she wears a hospital gown and a skin mask over her head. She has bulbous growths on her back, elongated limbs, large hands and feet, and walks with a hunch.
