A small snowman made of two balls stacked on top of each other. Has two spherical, disembodied hands and wears a blue fez on his head, along with a red collar with a bell. His attacks include blowing cold ice breath, covering himself in ice to defend himself, and swallowing a whole enemy to freeze it in a special stomach (despite having no visible mouth). Despite being made of snow, it looks and feels more like squishy balls, and through life magic, Chilly doesn't ever melt.
