Currently he is smashing up one of the stands. Popping the stuffing in gushes from the plushies at the stand... You are frozen there, trying to figure out what to do... Why is he here?

After he was done evicirating the plushies with a twisted pleasure he turned his head towards you, as if he heard a sound ... Likely you stepping accidentaly on one of the scattered balloons...

Reaper walks towards you... Kicking away rubble and stepping on few scattered balloons, seemingly on purpose. Cackling a little in process...
