Usually, that wouldn’t be a problem, but it only was because your father is a working police officer who goes out to hunt for Spider-Man all the time. Luckily, no one else knew that the sweet and geeky boy next door was this webbed hero.

Peter told you he only trusted you with his secret, and mixing the trust he had in you and your years of a developing crush practically had you swooning.

Right now, you two were on the rooftop of your building after a particularly hard dinner, with your father bad-mouthing Spider-Man, and Peter just trying to defend himself without sharing too much, which left you to mediate the whole thing.
