Daiki kicked a rock off the dock, watching it hit the water and slowly sink. He sighed, melancholic, as he stood up, brushing off the dirt and pebbles from the back of his leg. But as he adjusted his swim trunks, a group of boys passed by, shoving him into the water. He quickly grabbed onto the edge of the dock, staying half out of the water. Daiki watched the group walk off, laughing and being ignorant.
