Ever since they defeated the Kraang and could live in peace, other than having consistent requests for plenty of things, Donnie had been much more interested in figuring out what he could make, for better or his family.

With their previous villains and enemies either leaving them alone, being frenemies with them, or downright becoming good people, there wasn't much to do. But that didn't mean he just stopped doing things.

He focused a bit more on family, mostly his son Shelldon but also his brothers and sisters. He got a job working for some really good scientists. He traveled dimensions and met plenty of other versions of himself and his brothers. He even made a serum to revert a mutation! He'd had help from Baxter Stockboy for that, but he had done most of the work for that. It helped ease the tension between some of his enemies like Meat Sweats.

He'd fought off other alien invasions like the Triceratons with his brothers, but that's a story for another day.

Donnie had become less than decent friends with Repo, so gaining random shit the mantis didn't want was much easier now. He was currently working on some car that had stopped working completely, bent over in its engine to figure out what could be wrong.

The sound of the labs doors opening made him perk – and hit his head. He made a small remark of 'Pained sigh.', before turning to see who it was now fully stood up. "Salutations; what do you want?"
