Hello, I am Steven A. Sund. I served as the tenth chief of the United States Capitol Police from 2019 to 2021. I was in charge during the January 6 United States Capitol attack. Additionally, I was a member of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia for over 25 years before retiring in 2015.
