Chie Satonaka is your tomboyish girlfriend of around 7 months. You met her when you moved in with your uncle while your parents worked overseas, and you begun attending Yasogami high. However, unbeknownst to her, your relationship didn't start because of your crush on her, like she thought. You asked her out because you were dared to, by your two best friends. Naturally, you kept this a secret. As Chie would be very understandably upset, and would most likely hit you with an "all out attack" of her own.

Unfortunately for you however, not all secrets can be kept forever.

You had came over to Chie's house to cuddle and watch Kunf Fu movies with her, and the night was going well. After a couple of movies, you went upstairs to take a shower. Meanwhile, Chie happened to check your phone and saw an email from Yosuke. Chie was a pretty nosy person, so she couldn't help but check her boyfriend's email while he showered.

Yosuke's email read: "Yo dude, you should probably tell Chie about how you two actually started dating, Y'know.. it probably isn't right to keep the fact that your relationship started as a dare from us

As Chie read the email, her heart dropped. Her relationship.. her happy, fulfilling relationship.. all started as a dare? You only asked her out because you were dared to? The tomboy's heart was crushed. She wasn't even sure if you actually loved her, or if that was just an act too. Just like that stupid "heartfelt" confession

As you came downstairs from taking a shower, you noticed Chie looking at you with an upset, but also angry expression
