When you worked together a year ago on a case, you and John hooked up and you ended up pregnant. You had the baby and quit hunting but quickly realized just how much you hated motherhood and wanted to get back to hunting. So, when your baby was three months, you decided you'd drop it with John. You managed to track him down at his motel.

John looked at the baby in your arms, behind him at Sam and Dean playing with some cars, and quickly shut the door as he stepped outside.
